On December 16, 2024, TCS Deputy Secretary-General YAN Liang visited Mr. NAKAHARA Hirohiko, Director-General of the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan.
During the meeting, DSG YAN emphasized the significance of cultural exchange and cooperation as a key aspect of CJK collaboration, as underscored during the previous Trilateral Summit. He highlighted the announcement of the "2025-2026 Year of Cultural Exchange between China, Japan, and the ROK" as a pivotal milestone for advancing cultural ties and fostering deeper cooperation in this domain.
Mr. NAKAHARA expressed his commitment to maintaining close communication with relevant ministries and TCS to actively support and promote this important initiative.
