12月25日上午，中日韩三国合作秘书处秘书长杨厚兰大使赴博鳌亚洲论坛秘书处，拜会博鳌亚洲论坛秘书长周文重大使。杨秘书长全面介绍了近期在韩国举行的中日韩领导人会议情况及秘书处近期工作，听取了周文重秘书长介绍2016年博鳌亚洲论坛年会的初步考虑，双方就利用年会期间共同举办亚洲区域合作组织分论坛等达成原则共识。
博鳌亚洲论坛高级总监朱晓红、秘书处管理协调处长谈天等陪同会见。
