2015年12月14日，中日韩三国合作秘书处秘书长杨厚兰率副秘书长李钟宪和梅泽彰马访问日本厚生劳动省并会见大臣官方审议官山本尚子。
杨厚兰秘书长感谢日本厚生劳动省邀请秘书处出席2015年11月29日在日本东京举办的第八届中日韩卫生部长会议。他高度评价三国为建立和完善卫生合作机制所做的努力，表示秘书处将全力提供支持，并就加强三国政府官员与专家的交流与合作提出了具体建议。
山本审议官对秘书处倡议表示欢迎，双方同意加强合作关系，共同努力加快三国卫生合作发展进程。
